All of the individual tradesmen--carpenters, electricians, plumbers, masons, flooring crew, the tile installer--were great. They arrived when they were supposed to, they were skilled and professional, they worked in a timely manner, and they cleaned up before they left. Our project manager, Mark, was on site every day. There were some problems with the Village inspectors regarding changes that the inspectors decided would be necessary during the construction.
