> When I purchased my house in Riverside, it needed remodeling/addition to meet my disability needs.  This ended up including raising the living room and family room floors to eliminate the step up to the level of the floors in the rest of the house.  And an addition for a new kitchen, master bedroom, and handicapped master bathroom.  Xavier was very good at listening to me to understand my needs and explaining what could be done.  Since I am living in Orange county until this work is done, he was very good about communicating via e-mail and over the phone.  I also appreciate his patience while I communicated with my family to get their input on the remodeling/addition.  He also helped me get the plans through the slow approval process of the City of Riverside.
