> We enjoy working with Michelle. She is always prepared and has a strong sense of design. She demonstrates knowledge and competency due to her experience.

**★★★★★ — Houston Design & Construction Inc., May 2015**

> Michelle has always provided excellent attention to detail, with all of her design projects. She follows through from the initial meeting all the way through from pre-fabrication to installation, making sure everything is perfect. Start to finish, the vision is executed and achieved. I love working with Michelle, it is easy and very professional on all levels.

**★★★★★ — Abraham & Paulin Photography, May 2015**

> Michelle Pheasant is one of the leading interior designers in the Central Coast Region of California. I have been working with her for over thirty years and all of my dealings with her have been excellent. Her work is infused with color, life and drama. She is not stuck in anyone style and can deftly move from one epoch to another at her client's request. She has traveled the world for her clients and many object d'arte used in her projects have been hand selected from galleries and dealers in Asia and Europe.

**★★★★★ — lyonmike, Feb. 2015**

> Michelle helped us through a two year remodel, from bared walls, to wide material selections, very innovative art inclusion to the home, bedding appointments, lighting fixtures, tile selections, plumbing and floor selections, and continuous vigilance on the job to see that everything ordered was delivered as promised - and installed with pragmatic involvement.
>
> Michelle has also been excellant to follow up with vendors for materials that may have broken, and that she helped specify.
>
> We continue to have good relations and have referred her to other potential customers.
>
> The bottom line - we love our home and relied on Michelle to help us make it a reality while we were accross country.

**★★★★★ — irenezroses, Feb. 2015**

> We retained Michelle to furnish and revamp a small 3 bedroom two bath Carmel cottage. She incorporated some furniture and paintings which we
> already owned and designed a new entertainment center and Master bedroom closet.. The project went very well. And we are very happy in using her great expertise in all facets of design.

**★★★★★ — bubba1pappas, Feb. 2015**

> Michelle was great and always available whenever I had a question. The project was at our vacation home and since we lived out of town, Michelle did all of the running around and even inspected on site during construction when we couldn't be there. She never pushed her taste on me and helped guide me. I would highly recommend Michelle!

> Michelle Pheasant has been responsible for the interior design of our two major recent home projects - building a home in Pebble Beach and decorating a new high rise unit in Houston. Michelle came highly recommended by our architect Jun Sillano. She worked exceedingly well with the International Design Group team in the design of our contemporary home in Pebble Beach. Michelle quickly understood our taste in furniture and decor. Throughout the process she was organized, prepared proposals professionally, and offered a range of selections from furniture, lighting, floor coverings, bedding, and accent pieces that aligned with our taste and budget. For more than two years we would fly in from Houston for weekend meetings in Pebble Beach to make selections and decisions. We love our new home so much in Pebble Beach that we hired Michelle again. She helped us integrate furniture from a home we lived in for 18 years with new furniture, rugs, and accessories when we moved into a high rise in Houston a year ago. Again, another spectacular result under the guidance of Michelle.

**★★★★★ — tansy1, Feb. 2015**

> Originally recommended by architect of our new home, we knew immediately Michelle not only "got" what our objectives were, she was talented, calm, professional and knew exactly how to accomplish things.
>
> Possessing considerable architectural skill and a master of a wide range of styles, Michelle is artistic, creative and resourceful with no "drama". Well known and beloved and respected at the scores of design sources we visited in several major design centers.
>
> Michelle also understands a budget. She is clear about her charges, the total cost of things, presents choices, her estimates and billing are concise, honest and fair.
>
> Skillfully merging selected contents of several former homes (different styles, antiques, old masters) with newly selected pieces she achieved the complicated vision we described at our very first meeting. Recently we ran across the inspirational photos we presented to her before we began and were astonished at what she helped us realize.
>
> We have gone back to Michelle again and agin, to replace, update and augment our collection - it's a large home (over 10,000 square feet) and almost ten years old now and it's looking better than ever.

**★★★★★ — micarl, Jan. 2015**

> Michelle was not only great to work with, she listened to our wants and desires then exceeded our expectations. She has a great eye for color, space and size and served us well with our Carmel By-The -Sea cottage. She can find just what you want at the pricepoint you want. From a big project to a few throw pillows no job is too large or two small for her.

  - Description: Noted for his organic and dynamic architecture, Mickey Muennig perched this amazing house on the Pacific Ocean blending it effortlessly into the rocky cliffs. The previous owners had completed the house with details that were at odds with the dynamic of the house interior. My first task was to eliminate these conflicting elements and bring the house back to its original intent. New paneled doors with bronze hardware, hand forged iron light fixtures, and a complete remodel of the Master Suite and…

**Q: Carmel Cliff House** *(in Photo Questions)*

Hi,
Having vacationed near to Carmel for many years, living here would be a dream come true- what kind of cost wouldthis amazing property entail please?

Superb design, well done.

Kind regards

Richard Storey

A: Richard,
Coastal properties of this caliber would be a minimum of $6,000,000 on up. The architect for this property designed the Post Ranch and other iconic coastal properties. Plan to spend 300k - 400k on furnishings. Hope this helps!

**Q: Coffee table** *(in Photo Questions)*

**Q: Love this Spanish Revival Bathroom** *(in Photo Questions)*

With the variety of tiles we have now in the U.K. market. is it possible to recreate this bathroom in the U.K. to a similar fashion? when I speak to the Home Tile Store Personal they don't think I should mix more than two colors together. I would love to have fun with a 7'4" X 5' shower/cloakroom

A: The supplier is Aquaware America and the model is the Vanessa Pedestal.

**Q: Love the extra wide pedestal sink....who makes it? And, how wide?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: I understand that Aquaware American is no longer in business. Take a look at St. Thomas Creations for similar sinks.

**Q: How did you came up with this cool idea** *(in Photo Questions)*

Cool
