> After purchasing an older ranch-style house, we decided on a full house remodel. We hired CG&S upon recommendation of our daughter. The company had done a remodel of their family room. It turned out perfectly, and we were convinced that CG&S was our company.
> The layout and finishes of our new home were completely altered. We envisioned a modern home with clean lines and an open floor plan with a vaulted ceiling in the living area. We chose to have large windows, a large sliding glass door and a modern front door. The energy efficient LED fixtures CG&S installed provide ambient and task illumination. Electrical outlets with night lights provide enough light in both bathrooms during the night.
> We envisioned a calming and soft color palette for our home. Whites and beautiful grays are offset by a slightly darker brown tiled floor. Our front door sports a bright color called "Jitterbug". It makes me smile and reminds me of the years I spent performing in competitive ballroom dancing.

Very highly qualified, friendly personnel and great communication from day one through the end of the project. We couldn't be happier with the quality people and the smooth process.  The project was delivered on time and on budget - a rarity in today's crazy world!

> We have had our entire house remodeled ---"made new" with CG&S in 2 different phases. Both experiences were handled professionally, beautifully and with skill. We did not even consider another firm our second go round because of how pleased we were with first phase.   The site manger was understanding of our needs, nearly always available,  and did an excellent job overseeing all the trades.  The designer and architect were patient with any changes and presented options that clearly showed they understood our overall look and esthetic. > top notch! we trusted them and they didn't let us down. they did a huge reno of our 1930s house. they came in prepared for the interview, listened to our vision \[keep the 1930s charm, update function via classics and not trendy, quality materials for "forever home"- not a flip, and chose low O&M designs\], loved our architect and project manager, and -- one of the big reasons why we ended up going with them in the first place -- their famous dedication to their work via warranty is legit. high quality, high service, full package company. esp noticed how they also respect the craftsmen in their company-- shout out to the hard work and clever trouble shooting from Paloma and Chuy. Also appreciated their listening was authentic- no "mansplaining" or talking over us, brought us into the conversation. Very professional team to work with. renovating with a baby and a toddler is tough but CG&S made it worth it. The high quality is mentioned almost every time someone stops by-- even featured in EASTside magazine.

> Hi there, We hired CG&S to remodel our kitchen and add on an adjacent dining area. This company was such a pleasure to work with. The whole process was great. The architecture/design team creates amazing 3D drawings, so you can see what your space will look like. They help you with colors, popping them into the drawings so you can see them in your space. The construction crews are super nice and respectful, and always clean up after each day. We stayed in our house while the project was going on, so this made a huge difference. CG&S is also very straightforward with their pricing. The number they give you in the beginning is very close to what you will actually pay. Any additional costs will be in the form of a written change order that you approve. Our kitchen and dining area, complete with a super cool built-in storage window day bed look amazing! I highly recommend CG&S! They are a great family owned business and I'm so happy we found them!!

> The have done three projects for us, and we have been very satisfied with all of them. They only do high quality work. They were reliable, showing up when they said they would or letting us know if circumstances caused a change in plans.  They were very responsive when we had questions or concerns; our project manager was always available when we called him. We had no qualms whatsoever about letting them or any of their sub-contractors into our house. All were polite and respectful of our property and time.  They cleaned up at the end of each day. We never had any worries that they wouldn't finish the job or charge us more than we had agreed to.

> Our second project was a bathroom remodel and six years after project completion the shower pan began leaking. They repaired the shower pan and the damage the leak caused with no charge to us. I'm don't think many contractors would do this six years after the project was completed.

> They are more expensive than most, but the extra cost was worth it for us, for all of the reasons mentioned above, and for the total confidence we had that they would complete the project as specified. There are no remodeling nightmares when working with CG&S.
