We had seen several examples of her work in the Lexington area and liked her designs. Sally's well-deserved reputation in universal design concepts was also a strong selling point. > Sally and her team were easy to work with. They listened carefully to our list of desired > features and tried to include as many of these as possible in the initial design. It was only then that they offered alternatives and suggestions that improved the design given the constraints of our difficult building site and limited budget. In terms of budget, Sally made many suggestions as to small design changes and finish choices that resulted in substantial savings with little impact on the overall 'look' of the final design. Spacecraft worked with us on some local zoning issues and brought in consultants for a preliminary landscape design and site engineering. Sally then contacted three local builders to present us quotes. She even considered a company that designed modular homes as another route.
