> I worked with AQD last year when purchasing my home.  The entire process from beginning to end was a great experience.  The house we purchased needed a complete overhaul, which could have been overwhelming if not for the help and assurance of the ADQ team.  AQD was responsive to our questions and needs, worked on a strict timeline to meet both our timeframe and our budget, and took pride in the construction being completed.

> We worked with Joe Evangelisti and Addison Quinn Development, LLC for our new home.  Our real estate agent knew we wanted to build a new house and/or get in on a project.  She introduced us to Joe and highly recommended him.  In speaking with Joe, he was very flexible and listened to what we wanted, at the same time he added his expertise and advised us on what did and did not make sense to do.  We felt very comfortable in the planning phase that Joe (and his team) knew what they were doing and had done this many times before.

Joe and his team then went off to take care of all the permits and contracts needed.  This was seamless for us and was a very smooth process.
