I wanted the tub replaced with a walk-in shower and, as I am aging and was about to have a knee replacement, I wanted it to be convenient, safe and accessible for my use. David Dovi was wonderful to work with. He listens to and heeds requests, asks good questions, makes helpful suggestions based on his extensive experience, and presents samples and drawings to demonstrate how things will look (for those of us who do not possess the talent to visualize how things will look when finished). Planning for where grab bars, shower controls, and the shower seat were to be installed was done to fit my needs and wishes. The planning for the project was meticulous. The work was completed while I was spending the winter in Florida (which speaks to my trust in David) and he phoned or emailed to check with me when he had questions and sent photos of the progress and I was delighted with the result. Quality products were used and they were installed in a most professional manner. Visitors and family have had such positive things to say about the beauty and the utility of the bathroom. David's skill with tile is so evident and the entire project radiates quality.
