Designs of the Times has focused our business in the field of the Art and Design for over 25 years. As owner, designer and artist, I Carol Smits have had opportunity over that time to create beautiful interiors with the help of my husband and a great design team.
The business has grown to a team of associate designers, installers, painters, and numerous subcontractors. All these together offering a wealth of creativity and experience.

I believe “Every great design starts with a pencil and paper” (Harrison Weber).
With this basic but important design philosophy, I and the team have accomplished truly creative and beautiful residential and commercial interiors.
