> Pedro and his team recently completed an extensive home renovation for us including a new kitchen, interior space alteration, screened porch, and garage. Working with Pedro, and especially his Project Manager Tim Reilly, was a complete pleasure and he never failed us with his high level of quality, creative thinking, and affable demeanor. He is a consummate professional and bent over backward to make certain he exceeded our expectations. It seems rare indeed that most people can say they like their contractor even more after the job then when they began the job, but this is that exception. I would proudly refer Pedro to any of our friends and associates for their remodel project.

> I hired New Paradigm to design and implement a complete top-to-bottom renovation of a previously very poorly done "finished" basement. This is in a house built in the 1930's.
> Whoever had poured the concrete for the basement floor had done a terrible job - too thin and it was coming up in huge chunks everywhere, and that was the only thing that had ever been done to build out the area.
> This was a huge job that started with breaking up and removing all of the old concrete floor, getting down to the dirt, leveling it, and pouring a new one, the right way.  They did an incredible job with the whole process, working quickly, cleanly (amazing for such a potentially dirty job), and most importantly, creating something structurally sound that looks great, thanks to their idea to use an "acid stain" process on the concrete to give it an incredibly cool contemporary look.  It looks so good that I hate to cover any of it with throw rugs.
> And that was just the beginning. They also built a beautiful new wood staircase (stained for a great look), a bathroom, a laundry room, and a "mechanical" room for the brand-new water heater, sump pump and furnace they installed.  They redid all the duct work and did a wonderful job of hiding or tucking as much of it as they could since the ceilings were somewhat low (not their fault, just what we had to work with). Installed all new electrical throughout.  The electrical for the basement had previously been coming from the top down, and they redid it so all the outlets were fed from cables underneath the new basement floor, another great idea to use the small space efficiently.
> I could keep going but you get the idea.  I plan on working with them again.  Extremely nice people, dependable, and PUNCTUAL.  Yes, a punctual builder.  Apparently they do exist. Wonderful experience all around.  Highly recommended.
