> I visited this store and asked for a shiny white pebble for my shower floor. They showed me the only white pebble which was not shiny. I thanked them and on my way out the door the gentlemen said, "They sell glitter.", making fun of my choice and the other two women laughed. I felt like I was back in middle school. My interior designer sent me there, but I'm certain she will not make that mistake again. Certainly not the type of people I would want to do business with.

> They removed my old tile floor and would not cover the furniture unless I paid for the plastic covering. Could you imagine the amount of dust generated when an old tile floor is chopped up?

> The workers were leaving without cleaning the dust on the newly laid tile. They called the owner(?) Mike who said "...we are not a cleaning service...". I said I may not be a bank but you are not getting paid the balance owed until the heavy dust is removed. His men removed the dust.

> I would never shop here again.  After my installer finished my job, I noticed there were left over tiles and asked why they were cracked.  He indicated they came that way in the box.  When I reverted back to the "VP of Sales" she would not give me a credit.  She indicated that I should have told her about the tiles prior to the installation.  I think I spent around $4,000 and was requesting a refund of roughly $200.  I am not sure why I had to tell her prior to the installation.  The fact of the matter is the tiles arrived damaged.  I did not become aware of it until after the job was done.  Furthermore, it is not like I was the installer and held on to this information.  There are tons of great tile stores out there and I will never give this place my business.
