> Balda Development is in the process of doing a major remodel job on my house.  The Balda's -- Rick and Aimee -- make a great team; Rick on the construction side and Aimee on the design side.  They are both very knowledgeable and very competent.  I have found them to be honest and reliable.  Can't say enough good things about them.

**Q: Where did you find the bench cushion? Did you pick out the fabric and have it custom made?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: The cushion was custom made with a dense foam. The material used is sunbrella and there is Velcro on the side to clean the fabric.
