**Q: What are you using for base molding?  Size?** *(in Photo Questions)*

We're remodeling a 1967 house in a somewhat contemporary fashion and are having trouble deciding on what sort of base molding to use.  Thanks.

A: My favorite base moulding is a simple but elegant clamshell.    3 1/4 - 3 1/2 " tall, the profile looks like this:

A: Yes, it is Waterfront Pearl.  I love this condo for the views, location, and vibe.

**Q: Windows!! These are beautiful... who makes them?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: I love these windows, too!  Made by Starline Windows, they are double pane windows with argon gas in between the panes for UV reduction --  perfect for floor-to-ceiling windows on a killer view.

**Q: What kind of flooring materials did you use?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: They are simple fluorescent fixtures - what you see are the uncovered lit fluorescent bulbs.  Cool effect from simple materials.
