Watching the process of building a spa/pool "spool" from scratch was an education in itself and although it seemed to take "forever", when our product was finished, we were thrilled! Our friends and family who come to see our new spa/pool are simply amazed and "have never seen anything like it." Greg took care of all the amenities I asked for and helps me anytime I don't understanding a feature. I even asked for a "loud" waterfall and he truly accommodated my request.
