**Q: Exposed brick shower** *(in Photo Questions)*

Hello

I have just seen the picture of the shower room you designed with exposed brick.  We are looking to do the same in our bathroom but do not know how to seal the bricks. Would you be able to advise how you sealed the bricks in your project?

A: I renovated this Bathroom back in 2003. At that time I used a product called Guardcote matte finish clear epoxy from TCR Coatings in St. Louis. I believe Sherwin Williams has a matte clear epoxy also. Plan on cleaning and resealing every other year. Use TSP to clean. Good luck!

**Q: What is the wood on the ceiling** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: This is cedar "car siding". A 1 x 6 tongue and groove with beveled edges. The reverse side usually has a v-groove down the middle. Comes in various lengths. Has a clearcoat applied. Thanks!

**Q: Floors?** *(in Photo Questions)*

What type/color of floors are these?

A: The floors are large 18" square ceramic tile. The shower floor tiles are 2" squares. Thank you!
