**★★★★★ — bradelberg, Nov. 2013**

> We highly recommend Moonlighting Outdoor Lighting. Moonlighting designed and installed our landscape lighting. The project was on time and on budget, which was quite reasonable in the circumstances. Moonlighting was accessable, responsive, and helpful in answering all of our questions before, during and after the project. The representatives of Moonlighting were a pleasure to deal with throughout.

**★★★★★ — Gay Slinger, June 2013**

> We first had Moonlighting install lighting in our backyard about 6 years ago and loved it. Jason was very sensitive to our wishes that the lighting be subtle but useful. When we redid our front yard in 2010 we again hired Moonlighting to do the lighting. Even our landscaper complimented us on the unique fixtures Jason used! Jason has also been wonderful in coming over the years to replace bulbs or answer questions as needed. Great service, great materials, great to work with. Glad to recommend.

**★★★★★ — Brydges Landscape Architecture, April 2013**

> We recommend Moonlighting to all our residential landscape clients.
> Jason continuously comes up with unique ways to create an added element of detail to all our projects. They are up to date on the latest fixtures and LED technology and a pleasure to work with.

## Community Q&A

**Q: outdoor lighting** *(in Photo Questions)*

looking for modern outdoor lighting for our new yard. what is the lighting in the stairs called? also i have seen outdoor floor lighting can u tell me what that is called? where does one shop for such lighting? thank u.

A: Look at the kichler.com website for hard scape lights. You can purchase them through a stone dealer or a professional landscape lighting company

**Q: Deciding on outdoor lighting on a masonry wall** *(in Design Dilemma)*

I am trying to decide on outdoor lighting on masonry. Basically, I want to create downcast lighting on a short masonry wall.

I am looking at products like Kichler's LED Wet tape light strips. Does this product adhere to masonry well? It claims to use a 3M adhesive tape. See link http://www.kichler.com/products/category/led-wet-tape.aspx

I am also looking at Kichler's Pro-LED. This product seems to be embedded directly into the mortar joints in the masonry wall. Does anyone have experience with this product? Does it work out well? See link http://www.kichler.com/professional/landscape-lighting/new-landscape-lighting-products/hardscape-design-pro-led.aspx

Would love to get opinions on one various the other.

Thanks.

A: Look at kichlers hard scape lights if you don't need a continuous source of light. They come in 3 length sizes and can usually be installed on existing landscape as they have many mounting options. Cast lighting also have great fixtures for these purposes
