She gave us an accurate estimate of the cost and the timing for completion of the project, and she was sensitive to our time constraints. The workers were very friendly, pleasant, professional, courteous, and careful. They checked in with us daily to see if we had any concerns or suggestions. The quality of the finished product is excellent, and the cleanup was thorough---you couldn't tell they had been there when they finished. While the cost may be a bit higher than some others, it seems only fair for an above-average outcome.
