After receiving damaged items due to extraneous circumstances (the truck had to unload because it slid off an icy road), Resource Furniture has refused to let us return damaged items even after we offered to pay for return shipping. Meanwhile, on two other units we have already installed that also had damaged parts, we have been waiting for 9+ months for replacements. So, we have an un-assembled broken unit in the garage that they won’t take back, and two other units sitting without parts for almost a year, no thanks to countless emails in which we were told time and again they would be ‘a couple more weeks out’ (if we had any response at all). To top it off, our final point of contact was not a negligent salesperson, but one of the co-founders of the company! These people do not care about you or the quality of their products.
