> I have no hesitation in recommending Brian Jobe as your next builder. The experience we had purchasing a home from him and seeing the project finished out was superb! Hassle-free and stress-free because: 1) Brian is easygoing, accommodating, kind, responsive, and flexible to work with 2) he is so meticulous and concerned with detail himself, that you don’t have to worry about pointing even the little things out. He’s already on it, it already matters to him, and he has a close relationship and watch over his contractors so that the issues are remedied swiftly and without any resistance.
> Mr. Jobe’s homes are beautiful and tastefully designed and appointed. Little functional details and comforts are not skimped on. We love our new house and have thoroughly enjoyed working with Jobe Homes even after the closing because of his professionalism and follow-through. This builder goes out of his way to make sure that the customer is feeling taken care of and we most certainly are!

> We gladly recommend Jobe Homes! We purchased one his beautiful new houses that he built and of course we love it...we bought it! It was after we moved in that we really started to appreciate the attention to detail and quality that went into the construction. If we had a question or concern, Brian Jobe took care of the issue immediately and did not hesitate to send one of his contractors to our home, if needed. Each one has been professional, caring and makes sure that we are satisfied with the way the work was handled, with a follow up by Brian. We could not be more impressed, and it's been a pleasure to work with Brian and his craftsmen.

> I definitely recommend Jobe Homes for anyone looking to build a custom home. This was the first time I've built a home from scratch and Brian made it an enjoyable process. He is very responsive and kept me informed throughout the build. It's pretty impossible to build a house without having one or two hiccups along the way, but if anything came up, Brian addressed it immediately and fixed the problem. I am very happy with how my house turned out and I have Jobe Homes to thank for that!

> Brian is very easy to work with and is incredibly responsive during the building phase and even after closing to fix minor things. He is willing to think outside the box to solve issues and the final product is very aesthetically pleasing. This was our first experience building a house and because Brian is a consummate professional, it was a pleasant one.

> Brian Jobe is an excellent builder! He keeps his clients informed of all processes from the laying of the forms through the completion of the home. Brian listened to our wishes, gave us advice, and kept us focused on our budget. He was at the home site daily (sometimes two or more times a day) , and giving us reports of completions. If we called Brian with a concern and he couldn't answer, he would call us back immediately. Brian did everything to make this a great experience for us and we would definitely recommend him as an all around professional home builder!

  - Description: A modern take on the classic Craftsman style. This look was achieved using Hardie cedar shake in the gables, tapered columns, and craftsman style door. The dormer draws your eye up giving more interest to the roof line. The black louvered shutters against the grey painted brick give this home it's modern flair but also hide the fact that this is a newly built home and not a freshly renovated 1930's Craftsman.
