**Q: I love the siding color.  Can you tell me the color?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: Thank you! The client selected the color, and it is a flat black cement board. The wood is a clear sealed cedar.

**Q: Love the tile and wood** *(in Photo Questions)*

What is this wooden contraption? It looks like a tub, however it appears too small.

A: This is indeed a bathtub! It's a Japanese style soaking tub, so it is about 4' long and 30+ inches deep.

**Q: Please can you tell me about the tub!??** *(in Photo Questions)*

Interested to know about the tub,where can it be purchased?

A: Hi Susan! The tub and surround were custom made with poured concrete that has been sealed to keep it water proof. There are radiant heat tubes embedded in the concrete that keep the tub heated when in use.

**Q: Metal** *(in Photo Questions)*

Was this local metal work/ suppliers? There's some great stuff going on with this place. Very nice.

If it's not a gated community I'll have to try and scope this place out next time we're in the area.
