Cavener is an excellent architect. He received his degree from Ohio State University and has experience with building. Jeff designed my bathroom and his designs are individual and unique for each of his clients. He listens well and is a real pleasure to work with. His ideas are well thought out and having worked with him, I can say I will never work without his involvement on any remodeling or construction project. Jeff has a great attitude and he is very conscientious about meeting deadlines. He is able to work within your budget and work well with contractor/builders because of his experience. He also works well with city planners, permit departments, regulations and codes. He has done a variety of projects such as custom houseboats, custom homes, designs for non profit , additions and remodels. I work as a real estate broker so I am exposed to many residential and commercial properties.
