Our kitchen was originally designed by them 20 years ago, and to our delight, the very same designer, Leigh, took on our project once again.

We liked the turnkey aspect of their company - design, project management and installation.  The execution exceeded our expectations.  Sam patiently listened to our ideas and created a design that worked within our budget.  Chris seamlessly managed the parts ordering and project coordination.  Wing was a consummate master craftsman - professional, neat and meticulous - who built the bathroom of our dreams.  Communication with everyone was prompt and courteous, whether by e-mail, phone, or their internal software project management system.  We also liked their billing practices with weekly "In Progress" statements of parts and labor and payments.  A terrific team all around.  We intend to use them again for future renovations and highly recommend them.

> What a delightful experience. We arrived at the showroom on the July 4 holiday weekend with measurements and demands. Leigh Crawford sat with us for three hours, her pencil, ruler and eraser in hand, sketching out a dream kitchen for a home we hoped to buy. Though that deal isn't closing, Leigh would be my go-to choice for any kitchen or bath project. She was direct, clear and filled with great ideas. Since she has no obvious bias toward one style or another, she is readily able to suggest great ideas for the unique taste of each client. I also really appreciated her sensitivity to our mid-range budget. She didn't keep trying to push us into higher-quality finishes than we could afford, while ensuring we could stretch our budget to accomplish the designer feel and foody kitchen we crave. What kind of soapstone is this?  Is it oiled or is this the natural color?  I love the look against the green cabinets.

A: Thank you! It is Brazilian honed soapstone.

What is the type/color of slate and how did you achieve a "flagstone" look indoors?

A: Hello! Unfortunately, the flooring was done by another contractor, so we’re not sure about the specifics — but we believe it is real flagstone.

Love this glass backsplash!  Is it hard to keep clean?

A: The glass tile is not hard to keep clean. The grout however is no different then any tile grout and depending on your lifestyle it could be a little harder to clean.

A: Hi Linda, sorry for the late response. After doing some research, I found out that the homeowner provided the counter-tops on that project. I will ask the designer on this job if she remembers which stone the homeowner bought.
