Very professional and did an excellent job on the painting. They were very careful with the trim work and near ceilings, etc. Also had crown molding put in the whole main level. It looks great and they did a really nice job of putting it in. Had an issue with some of the caulk and they came out and fixed it up promptly. Final part of project was new counter tops, back splash, sink, faucet and garbage disposal. We worked with the interior designer who was amazing and helped us wade through all the different choices with counter tops and back splash combos. Counter top was contracted out to counter top company and both worked together very well and did a great job. Back splash looks very nice and the sink, faucet, garbage disposal install was good too. They were able to evaluate the project, assign resources and accomplish the work to completion prior to a very tight Closing deadline. Although I was representing the Seller in this transaction, I was so confident in their work that I invited the Buyers of the property to tour the home with the Sams Brothers supervisor so as to ensure that here were no open or suggested issues to potentially delay Closing. We concluded the transaction without a hitch. His fee for conducting this renovation was appropriate for the required work and competitive in the market. The roof looks great and was done quickly with very little mess and the clean up was done by the crew. The new front door looks great although there is a slight space between the floor and the door and another small one beside the door and the the sidelight, otherwise nicely done. I believe this is from the settling of an old house. The ceilings were not done as well as I would have expected (pictured is the office) and they forgot to finish one small section but otherwise a nicely done job.
