The confusion began with their office help and after we gave a down payment it took over a month before we had to track them down and ask why they didn't schedule us yet. Times are good right now and I guess businesses can afford to not be on the ball and to treat people this way, and take their customer's for granted. **Comment from Tanner Glass & Hardware:** > I take your complaint very seriously and while we didn’t do any work for you, your opinion and the way you feel are important to us. I have met with my staff to assure that we handle matters like this in a professional and sensitive manner and treat all of our customers with respect. I wish you luck in finding someone that can meet your needs and expectations for your remodel. **★ — Christmas Day, Oct. 2016** > I dd a full house remodel in Salt Lake and used Tanner for doors, shower glass, mirrors, door hardware, windows and closet systems. For 90% of the project they were great. However, on final inspection I was called for windows not meeting egress code (square footage for crawling out the window). The salesman claimed that the builder told him only one window in the basement needed to be egress, which I can't buy. Because it was a full remodel it had to go through city permit, and because of this every window in the basement was dug out, up-sized and new window well poured in concrete to meet egress code. After doing all that I can't believe he then said that only one new window would have to be egress. When the error was found the salesman told me he would work with me on the cost and offered to cover half (because he was still trying to blame the contractor). I paid half to get the windows in and when the job was done I was then told the owner didn't want to allow him to cover the other half and I was asked to pay the full amount. Basically I was stuck buying two sets of windows for the basement because this window company doesn't know codes. I will never be using them again. It is called Zabrano. **Q: Rosette** *(in Photo Questions)* Which rosette is show in the picture? A: This is the Brass Stretto 1.5X5 rosette **Q: What kind of tile is used for the surround? Is it real stone?** *(in Photo Questions)* A: I believe the tile is a Procelain tile that is used for the shower surround. **Q: Is it possible to 'inset' a magnifying mirror into a vanity mirror?** *(in Photo Questions)* I am always shifting back and forth between my wall mount magnifying mirror and my vanity mirror as I apply my makeup. I would like to have an inset area of magnification so I only have to move slightly to the left or right to see a non altered view! A: There may be a product out there that has both a wall mirror with an area in it that is magnified but my immediate response would be to have a maginified mirror adhered to the existing mirror.
