They charge a premium for install, could never and will never recommend them. After speaking with the customer on the phone we were regrettably unable to reach an understanding and the customer has asked us to not help solve his dimming problem. > > Unfortunately electrical problems have recently been discovered at Kalea Bay, where this product was installed, and parties such as FPL are investigating a solution. These electrical issues directly affect the ability of LED fixtures to dim properly and are beyond our control as an installation company. > > In response to the pricing of our products, we seek to provide the best pricing in relation to the internet and our local competitors.
