I wish I had looked them up before going to them! Until this experience, I have literally never done a review of anyone in my life, but just hope this saves someone. I purchased carpet from them and to save the details, it was a disaster, the manager said they would remove it and give me a refund. Sounded good and accommodating on paper. Then, after many many calls and back and forths to get this replacement done, and 5 months later (to the day) I FINALLY got it to the point of something happening, but was informed that I would have to pay full price for replacement!! Even worse, he said he through out the new carpet and wool backing that was in my house for 2 days (yeah right) and then said he had asked me if I wanted it but I had told him no, so he tossed it. Like I wouldn't have sold brand new $5000 carpet if he had told me that! Almost couldn't believe the deception here, but also all along the process. My family lived on basewood sticking our feet with staples for 5 months to get this replacement, like we would have done that if I had though it was not refund, I could have called anybody and got it done in a week. Side note, as per Jerry directly, they changed their name to "green" to accommodate boulder (their words) and his has a background in the chemical carpet industry. He has NO interest in being green, its just to generate more profit and its working unfortunately, as I saw lots of people in there being snookered. Please, for your pocket book and for the environment, go anywhere else but here. As one other reviewer noted, he is versed in litigation and plans everything for that inevitability, which this is likely going to go to unfortunately. Margie helped us narrow down our options and weigh pros and cons of each. Being knowledgeable about the products and their offerings is very valuable. She was also able to get us a great deal on the engineered hardwood so that sealed the deal! We also were able to get the flooring in time for installation before Christmas. We went with Du Chateau hard oil waxed engineered oak flooring (White Oiled). We spent a lot on the material (for us) but saved money by installing it ourselves (glued and floating).
