Steve built an architect-designed remodel with two major additions to an existing house, as well as many of the hard-scape elements of my design for the landscape. During the year that we worked together, I was impressed with Steve's ability to juggle complex elements of construction, his attention to detail, and his ability to work with others to deliver a high quality project. I was particularly impressed with Steve's ability to solve the inevitable challenges that arise during a project of this nature. I have had a close relationship with the clients for many years, so I was keenly aware of how his relaxed and friendly attitude allowed him to forge a positive relationship with them, during all stages of the process. Steve was helpful to me in several ways as the landscape was developed.
