> Excellent company, we had an issue with LED lights several months after our initial order and Billy took care of our issues right away. This is a company that stands behind their products and will go out of their way to ensure customers are happy. Thanks again Billy!

> I ordered an under-cabinet light set (3 feet) with power converter and a 36 inch light bar with power converter on E-bay. Both were delivered in two business days in perfect working order. Thank you. I will be buying more and recommending your products to my friends as we all work on getting rid of incandescent bulbs....

## Community Q&A

**Q: Dimmer and Plug iN?** *(in Product Questions)*

From the review it looks like no hardwire is available?
Where is the dimmer control on this light?
Why would the light be offered without power source? Listing words...

A: Cool, you can jump that distance by splicing in your own wire or we do have 6ft extensions available at our site to just plug and play for the whole system.

**Q: I am looking to mount this on a wall - see below** *(in Product Questions)*

I do not want to wire it to anything or plug it into a wall. Is that what this light is?

A: No, this light requires power. It can be plugged into our power supply that plugs into the wall.

**Q: What power the lights? BAttery or electric power?** *(in Product Questions)*

A: These are 12V lights and you can select the power supply to come with it. That plugs into a regular 110V outlet and powers the lights.

**Q: Hardware option** *(in Product Questions)*

A review I read said that it is not designed to be hardwired. But one of the options is hardwire so I'm confused. Can I buy one designed to be hardwired?

A: The power supply is necessary to install in a 110V application. You can cut the plug off of the power supply and hardwire it in. You can then cut the other end off as well, if needed, and run your own wire from the power supply to the lights. Or you can just plug the power supply into the lights. You will have nearly 4ft of wire to do that.

**Q: Wattage?** *(in Product Questions)*

What is the wattage?

A: These bars draw about 6-8 watts per foot. They are 12V and require that you select the power supply if you plan to run them on your 110V power.

**Q: Can this light be hardwired?** *(in Product Questions)*

Can this light be hardwired to a regular 110V?

A: You will need the power supply to convert from 110V to 12V. You can hardwire the power supply by cutting the plug off.
