My pool area was getting dangerous from the concrete lifting due to the movement of the hill. I called several people who either didn't respond to my call or didn't want to do the job unless in included the whole area, meaning including replastering the pool. I was nervous at first using someone who hadn't come personally recommended but relaxed as soon as we talked on the phone. He was honest about his schedule, his appraisal of the work that needed to be done, he had a good eye re extending the area down from the pool - stairs that had also been compromised from erosion and his crew was terrific, And equally impressive was his patience in listening, explaining and dealing with homeowner jitters.
