I received one email saying the product would be delivered today or Monday but after asking multiple times for tracking information, received no response. The outgoing message continually indicates that they are having phone issues and to leave a message or email and that someone would respond. No one has bothered to call me and someone named Adam sent one email. DO NOT use Discount Glass Tile Store. I have worked with other vendors who have been upfront about product supply and estimated delivery times. Discount Glass has failed in the very basics of communication. I now need to ensure that I am fully refunded.
