We had ideas and wants and needs. Brad was able to put it all together and create a real workable and functional space for all our needs. We relied on his knowledge and imput to guide us in creating our dream. He oversees the project meticulously. There are always bumps in the building process and Brad was able to come up with solutions and ideas quickly. Once our project was started there was very minumial down time. He never ignored any concerns and was pleasant to work with. I would hire him again for any other project. **★★★★★ — funbobbi, Dec. 2013** > BWS was hired to build our house/addition. We had an earth berm home that needed to be made into the basement of what would be the new build, which was no easy task. He had to work around a previously existing well, add on to a septic system, work on a rather large incline, etc. Basically had to do the work that involved both a remodel as well as a new build. The end result was a beautiful custom house that I am thrilled to call home. Brad Wernsman and his crew were professional, thoughtful and easy to work with.
