> We are very pleased with the results of our project from beginning to end.  After talking with Jason about our ideas and what we were trying to accomplish, he came back with a solution that exceeded our expectations. He spent as much time with us as needed reviewing the drawings and 3D renderings to ensure we had the correct design.  Jason's commitment to the project did not stop at the initial design phase. Jason did not simply ask us to pick out the materials such as the siding, door styles, windows, etc.  He took the time to offer suggestions that would give us the look we were wanting.  Leman Builders kept the project moving and completed the project as expected.  Jason met the agreed budget and made sure that the costs of any changes during the project were agreed upon in advance. > We asked Leman Builders to add another garage to our house. At the time, they were extremely busy but they agreed to do the job  Jason and his crew met the time line for completion. Every man on the job site was professional, friendly, and accommodating. They cleaned up at the end of every day. Workmanship was top grade. The final bill was exactly the same as the original bid, even though we asked for a couple of changes. We are asking him to come back this Spring to do some more work for us.

Series - Monogram Double 4”
Color - Pacific Blue w/ Clay trims

A: Thank you!  The brand of siding is LP SmartSide. We purchased it from DiamondKote Pre-finishing in their Clay color.

**Q: Hi, are these hardy board shakes? Is this window avail. in Canada?** *(in Photo Questions)*

We're remodeling our acreage home exterior, which currently has hardy board in Boothbay Blue.   We've tried staining our deck the same color but it doesn't last.  The kids playground is cedar and we want to find a way to integrate the home & deck with the playground, without painting/staining IT, into a more harmonious visual experience on the property.....this looks like it might be the answer.  Can you tell me please what the shakes are? Thank you!  (I'm thinking we can perhaps go with a cedar deck).

A: Hi Maggie!  The shakes are LP Smartside  (an engineered wood)  it is prefinished by Diamond Kote Prefinishing and carries a very nice warranty. we are from central Illinois, not as cold a climate as you but they are suitable in your climate. The window is from Marvin Windows. They are out of Minnesota, I would assume you could get them shipped to Canada but I can't say for sure. Take a look at Zuri Decking.  Or some sort of composite decking. I have a cedar deck and am tired of all the maintenance with it, it's a lot of up front cost but will pay off eventually from being maintenance free. Take care!

What is the LP siding and trim colors? Thx!

A: Siding is "Oyster Shell" and Trim is "Biscuit". Both are from Diamond Kote Prefinishing.
