Bob Seaton (owner) will not build the same house twice. Bob really cares that you are getting the home you want and will work carefully to stay on budget. The design assistance from Danielle is incredible (included in price). They work hard with you to create the home YOU want, not some cookie-cutter floorplan everyone else has. The contractors are excellent professionals who must adhere to Monograms high level of service and quality of workmanship. Monogram built our home and we could not be happier. 5 stars!
