Company’s designer seemed great when she came out to design closet except when installers came they realized (after getting halfway through the installation) that she didn’t account for an electrical box. So the design had to be modified on the spot in ways I specifically wanted to avoid. She listened to my needs and designed to them. She WILL be coming back for another project. The office staff kept me informed on my payment and installation. The team that came to install was wonderful. Trevor and Stone were the starting team and from the beginning I could tell I was in good hands. They removed their shoes and treated my home as their own. They invited me to snoop throughout the installation and when completed explained how to open doors and adjust shelves and watched as I did it myself. They cleaned the job site thoroughly when they left. You would never have known they were there except for the new closets. The way my second bedroom closet was made, they wanted to install the new closet and then take measurements for two of the doors to make sure they were exact. So the second team came back a couple weeks later with the remaining two doors. Evan and Ryan, again, removed their shoes upon entering my home. They were just as awesome as Trevor and Stone, and the area was cleaned thoroughly before they left. I am so impressed with my new closets, the look, the quality, the functionality ...
