When it was delivered we noticed a tear in one piece so I called customer service and was given an email address to send pictures to, which I did. Three days later and no response so I called again and was told they need to send a technician out to fix it. I asked them how do you fix a tear in leather and that I prefer they replace the piece with one that wasn't torn but they insisted they have to send a tech first. The tech shows up the following week and was upset that they sent him rather than replace the piece, so he entered in his report that it couldn't be fixed. Five days later and no word from Star so I called customer service again and after being put on hold for 10 minutes that rep came back and said they will deliver a new piece. Not happy this wasn't done on the first call, and even less happy that no one from Star ever reached out to me. She was wonderful to work with -- knowledgeable, friendly, and careful of Covid protocols. The delivery date was impacted by the horrific "Great Freeze" and had to be changed. That was done without a problem. The two young men that delivered the cabinet were friendly and very careful with our new furniture as they brought it into our house and placed it exactly where we wanted it.
