> We had a very poor experience with Natasha. We entered into an agreement with her for a possible addition to our house in February of 2024. Things started great but then stalled a bit due to a death in our family which we communicated to Natasha. We resumed meeting in August at which time Natasha committed to delivering an update within 1-2 weeks. Fast forward 4 months, and after 2 voicemails, multiple e-mails and text messages nothing but crickets. Until today, Natasha refused to return our communications and refuses to deliver the work we have already paid her for. Her failure to communicate has majorly delayed our project and left us high and dry after spending over $2K on the project. I understand getting busy and I understand that personal things happen, but refusing to communicate with paying clients IMO is unacceptable.
