> Harmony Realized not only helped us sell our condo quickly, but also helped us make simple changes to enjoy our space more. Her eye is incredibly thorough and detailed. We highly recommend her!

**Comment from Harmony Realized:**

> Hi! Thank you so much for your review. It was a pleasure to work with you guys and help you get your condo sold!

> Erin helped me get my office organized. It was always something that I put off because it seemed so overwhelming to me. She was able to make the process simple for me which allowed us to quickly organize and de-clutter my office. She also provided me with quick and easy tips to stay organized. I highly recommend her professionally and personally.

> We are planning on putting our house on the market in the next six months because we are moving to another state. As I believe in professional staging, I asked our realtor to recommend someone. Erin met my expectations and more. She is truly talented. When we moved to Northern Kentucky from the Washington DC area, we hired a (pricey) stager. Our house sold within a couple weeks. Well, Erin was even more impressive. She has great focus and her suggestions were spot-on. She spent about an hour in our home, going through every room, then discussed what she felt would maximize the appeal. Afterwards, she emailed detailed notes.
>
> When we are closer to our selling date, I will have her come by again for a final look. Our house is beautiful (it is!), but I trust Erin can give it that final professional touch.
>
> One more thing--Erin is truly engaging and nice.

**Comment from Harmony Realized:**

> Thank you, I truly appreciate your kind words and I look forward to working with you soon!

> If you are in need of someone to stage your home OR help you redecorate your own home, you cannot go wrong with Erin at Harmony Realized.
>
> I happened across Erin's work when I walked through a home for sale. Harmony Realized had staged this home. (Let it be known this house has already sold. So that should tell you something right there.) Anyway, I asked the Realtor who decorated it, and that is how I came upon Erin with Harmony Realized.
>
> My house was in desperate need of organization and decoration, and basically a makeover, so to speak. I have been very impressed with Erin's knowledge on "rules of decorating," and her ideas on what looks amazing. She provides me with choices that are not too many to be overwhelming, but yet enough choices that there's a range to fit my budget.
>
> I plan on working with Erin for months to come, and every time I talk to her via email or on the phone, when we hang up, I ALWAYS have a smile on my face and am energized and so darn excited about my house project.
>
> She is organized to a T, from her clipboard to her iPad. Any customer should feel confident that they're in good hands with Erin, because she is knowledgeable with the latest technology and uses it to help you meet your goals.
>
> I hope this wasn't too wordy or long of a review, but I am a Type A personality, who is a perfectionist and detail-oriented to the extreme. Erin not only meets my expectations, but exceeds them. I am not related to her, nor had I even heard of Harmony Realized before I walked through that one open house. YOU OWE IT TO YOURSELF TO CHECK HARMONY REALIZED OUT!

> I was feeling overwhelmed with the lack of organization in my house, and Erin provided not only peace of mind to see what I could do with my space, but she also provided me with the knowledge to continue making my house into a real home...every day! Now I feel like I can relax in my home and enjoy my space without all the extra clutter that comes with the stress and hustle of day-to-day life. Her work for me is priceless...and the best part is that she taught me how to create and maintain harmony in my home, even after she steps out the door. I would highly recommend Erin to anyone who wants to see the potential in their home to not only de-clutter and organize their physical space, but to also feel a sense of fulfillment and relaxation in their life as a whole. Erin's work is like a spa-treatment for your home and your mind!

## Community Q&A

**Q: Need help coordinating area rugs for my open concept living / dining room.** *(in Design Dilemma)*

I have a large, open concept living / dining room, and I'm trying to pair two different area rugs - one for the living area and one for the dining area. Here is the rug I currently have in our living area (of note, this is an image from Overstock, not my actual room). Would welcome suggestions for something to coordinate for the dining area. Of note, my colors are gray/taupe/ivory with gold accents, and I have dark cherry hardwood floors throughout. THANK YOU!

A: Hi Danielle, if this rug is visible in the living room then I would tone down whatever you add in that room. Maybe pulling one or two colors with a simpler pattern. I love the pattern of this rug but it can be overpowering depending on the size of the rug vs. the size of the room and how many you have.
