ESRL Development Inc. is an owner-led California general contractor building light gauge steel frame custom homes and non-combustible wildfire rebuilds across Los Angeles, Orange County, and Ventura (License \#1149234).

We bring the engineering, steel supply, and framing together under one contract, from foundation through final inspection. Light gauge steel is non-combustible, rated to ASTM E136, and it does not rot, warp, host mold, or feed termites. It is engineered to current California seismic code, and a panelized steel shell erects in about a day versus one to two weeks in wood.

Our focus is fire-zone rebuilds and high-end custom residential: Chapter 7A compliant, hardened, and built to outlast. With 22 years building in California, the owner is on every bid and every site visit. Built by the owner.
