> If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. This was a massive existing deck tear down, design and replace with a larger deck and cover. Terrence did exactly what we wanted and accommodated any requests while the project was ongoing. His crew was a perfect fit for us, friendly, but professional. They worked hard, even in the snow and subzero temperatures. They cleaned up after themselves and we miss having them around. You may find someone less expensive, but you won't find anyone who would do a better job. I cannot recommend them enough.

The 3 Leaves crew is professional and knows their stuff.  The city's inspector was impressed with the effort they made to ensure our deck was structurally sound and would last for many, many years. During his final inspection, he said, "Oh yeah, they wanted to make sure these stairs were going to last a long time."
