We replaced a substantial amount of carpet with hardwood floors, re-organized the kitchen layout and made electrical and plumbing upgrades. Tom quickly identified a couple of areas where the initial construction was not properly performed, which saved us from repeated repairs in the future. Tom also reviewed our planned changes and intentions and helped guide us through areas we would have otherwise missed, saving costly re-work.
