We were able to make all the selections in the comfort of our new home, with firm pricing provided from Dave. Upon placing our order, the delivery date and installation date were also set. Our order arrived and the installation was completed on time and as discussed with Dave. The window treatments are beautiful and exceeded our expectations. Dave has been excellent at follow up and making sure that we are completely satisfied. The final cost was significantly less than quotes we had obtained in Buckhead and we are going to order more window treatments from Dave. I was counting on having temporary shades put up before moving into a house with no window coverings since the website advertises this is provided at no charge. When I asked about this, he said he didn't have any with him and asked if I could wait around while he went to Home Depot. I did not have time to wait and he said he would pick some up and drop them off sometime that week. > > Instead of dropping off the shades as promised, I received a message on my moving day stating that I would have to pick up the shades myself and he would give me a credit.
