I wanted an architect to draw up plans for an addition over the garage to build a bedroom suite with larger bathroom and custom closet. I knew after speaking with him for 5 minutes that I was going to hire him before he even walked in the door. I had met with a few other architects before calling Jason and this conversation was immediately different. I wasn't disappointed. His ideas and drawings were amazing and his pricing structure was extremely reasonable. I am not a very visual person and found it difficult to picture the end results from the drawings. Jason spent time finding pictures to represent what the addition would potentially look like and created side by side before and after pictures. It was extremely helpful and above and beyond. In addition to his drawing skills, I can't say enough about what a pleasure he is to work with. He's a genuinely nice guy. He also has great colleagues. He works with a builder and designer that I also hired.
