Got charged $2,500 in total for 4-5 (lost count) different technicians coming out and trying to fix our heat. Each did something different that would fix it and charged us for their service. After the final attempt, they admitted it just needed to be replaced, at over $9,000! Found a differnt place, very professional and quick, and they install a better unit than the one this company quoted, for less than $5,000! He came late and from the moment he walked in complained about how the parking was far away and it was tough for him to get here. Then he moved on to how this house sucks and has not been designed properly. He waited for 10 minutes for the building maintenance team and show up and when they told him the HVAC unit was on the roof, he said he has had it and just walked away and the company still billed me for the visit even after i told them the whole story. Would not recommend to anyone.
