## About

Capt'n Bullfrogs Music April 1975 through June 1981.
Sales Person, Buyer, Store Manager. Capt'n Bullfrogs was where I began my career in Electronic Sales and Installation. My first car stereo install was a Craig 8-track player. The early years were pretty low end car audio but we had a pretty nice Home Stereo Sales Dept. That was when I really developed my taste for quality home audio systems. It was still relatively simple equipment, I.E turntables, cassette decks and BIG speakers.

In 1981 I returned to NJ for "a few weeks" to help my brothers new constructions business. This gave me an opportunity to become familiar with some basic home construction and renovation which would lead to some good background for future home theater installation.

I returned to Vermont in 1983 and eventually opened my store, Audio Design, in June of 1984. This was a business that specialized in Car Audio Sales and installation. I was a direct retailer for brands such as Pioneer, Kenwood, Clarion, Sony, JBL, Panasonic and many others. It was a great run for 20 years but even with the addition of multiple 12 volt products, such as Vehicle Security, Remote Starters, Radar Detectors, and Vehicle Tracking Systems, I realized the 12 volt market was fading due to enhanced accessories that the manufacturers were providing as well as the competition of internet sales. I felt it was time to redesign my business plan.

So in 2007 I began the "New Audio Design" expanding my work to the home and commercial Audio and Video sales and installation. I found a whole new client base that was in need of help with purchasing new Flat Screen TV"S , Home theater systems as well interfacing this equipment with the new technology that has emerged over the last few years. My new approach includes consulting both in home or office etc. Design layout as well as full installation, set up and customer introduction to their new equipment. As well as still providing Car Stereos, Remote Starters, iPod Interface and More.

I feel as though I have recaptured the enthusiasm I felt when I started my business over 27 years ago, I truly love my work and am always happy to hear from an old acquaintance as well as a first time customer.
