This was in 2013. From the time we first met Mike to the time he completed our project, he was never anything other than courteous, patient, friendly and knowledgeable. The cost for the project was $235,000. Mike was onsite almost every day. He worked side by side with his contractors. He met every deadline, and the quality of the work was excellent. He went out of his way to answer every question and to accommodate some last minute changes we asked for. In the near future, we plan to have Mike oversee the renovation of our kitchen. In all projects, he has supplied us with detailed specifications and pricing for the jobs. With the exception of change orders, which were at our request, Mike has never charged us more than the estimated cost of the project. He has been diligent about being on sight frequently, and in making sure the results meet our expectations. His suggestions have been useful and valuable in achieving our design goals. Mike’s subcontractors, without exception, have been excellent in the quality of their workmanship, reliability, and courtesy. Materials have been delivered on time, ensuring the projects (with exceptions for weather) finished when expected. In our case, Mike had to work with and satisfy our Homeowners’ Association Architectural Control Committee. The Committee knows Mike and looks forward to working with him, as he is the model of cooperation. Mike is pleasant, flexible, committed, reliable, and totally honest.
