Our fee structure is equally flexible. We work initially at an hourly rate or on a fixed-fee basis depending on your project parameters and service level required. Once the fees are established for your project, your fee will not change if the scope of your project and level of service remain the same. We are also willing to work on a percentage of the total construction cost, though we prefer not to as this is not an accurate indicator of our value.
