> JB design was amazing to work with during the remodel of our house. We were on a tight budget but she helped our vision become a reality. She has a great ability to take existing spaces and make them more functional and beautiful. Jenny has a great knowledge of products on the market and what would work best for my family. We met weekly for short periods of time to make choices for things like flooring, fixtures, tile, etc. She helped us not feel overwhelmed by all the decisions that had to be made. We would refer JB Design to anyone looking for a great designer! She will also become a friend.

> The thought of hiring a designer had never occurred to me, but when my Architect recommended one, I figured based on the scope of the project, that it might be a good idea.  Best decision I ever made.  Before demolition even started, Jenny and I had picked out virtually everything that was going into the remodel from appliances and cabinetry through tiles and bathroom fixtures.  Her insight and connections into quality vendors ensured all lead times were guaranteed and that installs could be scheduled at the first possible opportunities.  During the 6 months of actual construction, I was unable to live in my home and was not even in the State.  Jenny scheduled Face-Time conference calls whenever there was something new or exciting happening on the site.  I never felt out of the loop or that the ball was ever being dropped.  When decisions needed to be made, she was there with advice and prompt execution. After the projects completion, I continued to use her for her design expertise to fine tune my homes decor.  I will definitely recommend her to anyone that is in need of a designer, no matter what the scope.

When we were finished with all the selections, she created an amazing book with every detail specified for the builder.  Jenny was professional but personable.  The stress of building a house was almost non existent because Jenny was so helpful.  She had great ideas but also listened to my ideas - it was actually fun to build my house because Jenny was so easy to work with and a joy to be around.  Our weekly meetings with our builder were fun and productive.  I'd love to build my house all over again just to work with Jenny and our builders!  I don't know many people who have had as positive of an experience building a home as we have - mostly thanks to Jenny!   I would recommend her to ANYONE who needs design help whether you're doing a small remodel or an entire home - she is very talented and a great person!

## Community Q&A

**Q: Countertop?** *(in Photo Questions)*

What type of material is the countertop? And color/brand please?

A: The counter top is a quartz.  This was done a few years ago and the exact material is probably not available.  It is similar, however, to the Daltile Geo Flecks/Pacific Sand.

A: This is a bernhardt fabric \#1746-010
