> Thank you Brian & Sharon, we really enjoyed our time with you!

**★★★★★ — Samantha Fernandes, June 2021**

> Neil and his team gave us our dream kitchen taking into consideration our budget constraints. He really found an affordable cabinet solution that looks high-end and gave us way more storage than what we had before but opened up the area as well. The majority of work was completed per schedule. All the contractors used in the project were respectable while working. None of our existing appliances were damaged. Overall a great job done by TS Renovations!

> I wholeheartedly endorse the professionalism, knowledge, customer service, that you will find at Trendsetter Renovations Ltd. In eight weeks Neil and Alex at Trendsetter expertly transformed most of the main-floor of our early 1980's two-storey, including the kitchen and a half-bath: They took half of the main-floor back to the studs and built it out again (painting the rest); they worked with speciality sub-trades (electrical, plumbing, stone masons, hardwood flooring crew) and organized the space and the schedule to accommodate them and their equipment; installed cabinetry; built custom cabinetry, did all the drywall and painting. They were punctual and did what they said they would when they say would do it. I was particularly pleased that they cleaned up each day and at the end of the job and were respectful of our needs while we lived in the house through the experience. We are planning an update to the upstairs and we have already lined them up for that project.

**Comment from Trendsetter Renovations Ltd.:**

> Heather & Len, thank you for such a glowing endorsement, we are excited to explore phase 2 with you!

**★★★★★ — Jordan Nail, Dec. 2020**

> Neil and the team at Trendsetter Renovations transformed my small main floor from dingy and dated to warm and striking. The workmanship was of the highest quality and the team clearly believes in getting the job done right. They took the time to plan their work to ensure that the outcome was flawless. Communication was constant and critical in ensuring a end product that meant our demanding expectations. Very satisfied and would use them again in a heartbeat!

**Comment from Trendsetter Renovations Ltd.:**

**★★★★★ — Gina Reid, July 2019**

> Five stars is not enough for this company! Neil and his team at Trendsetters have done an amazing job turning our outdated en-suite into a modern spa retreat. From demolition to the final result, our home was left immaculate each day - it was hard to believe there was a major reno going on. Neil’s expertise and workmanship are second to none. He provided a detailed estimate and timeline of the work to be done. He was very helpful in working with us to pick out the right tiles and fixtures for our new bathroom. We are beyond happy and can’t wait for our next renovation!

**★★★★★ — Linda Blakey, March 2019**

> Our beautiful bathroom renovation was completed last summer. From our first meetings with Neil, I knew the project was in good hands. We were given printed schedules for completed timelines and realistic s goals to when these timelines could be met. The workspace was ALWAYS left clean and tidy at the end of the day; important when you have a busy household. We would highly recommend Neil and his team for any project you might be considering; we were so pleased with the work they completed for us.

**★★★★★ — Your Space Our Design, Nov. 2018**

> As a designer I have worked with a lot of contractors on the island and Trendsetter is one the very best. Neil is one of the most professional contractors I have ever dealt with. He provided my client and myself with a detailed schedule and exceeded our expectations. He is the only contractor I have worked with that has provided a schedule and met the deadline! To say that I recommend Trendsetter is an understatement. They are clean and courteous. I can’t wait to work with them again!

**★★★★★ — Rodney Graham, July 2017**

> Excellent to deal with. Very, very professional. Work was done on time and the work areas were kept neat and tidy at all times. Was able to offer options that helped with budgeting. Professional work done by a professional company.

**★★★★★ — Victoria Jamieson, July 2017**

> We had the pleasure of working with the Trendsetter team this past winter when we embarked on a complete basement renovation. We were so impressed with the level of professionalism at every stage of the project. Neil's ability to communicate effectively through regular meetings and delivery of a calendar of work activities outlining exactly what would be completed day by day and a detailed budget enabled us to relax and feel secure. Neil's knowledge, creativity and experience so helped when determining if certain ideas were feasible and the team delivered quality workmanship on time. We can't wait to have them back to work on our upstairs! A personable and trustworthy group to have in your home!
