> Paul is the ultimate professional from my perspective,  Looking out for my interests and listening to my needs and creative at every level.  Doesn't burn money (mine) on anything I haven't cleared and with great customer communication skills with my tenants.  I would and will hire him again.  I have a much larger development headed to permitting that I expect Paul will put a strong and welcomed fingerprint on.  He communicates well with City officials and finance.  Don't think I could expect more unless there were two of him. If there was, I'd hire both!
