The estimator did a very thorough inspection of our roof, vents and attic before the estimate and asked many good questions about our needs and wants for the project. He gave us a wide variety of materials and colors to choose from and explained the advantages and disadvantages. He also was in communication before and after the installation. He called us the night before just to check if we had any questions! The project cost was exactly what was in the estimate so there were no surprises. > The day of the project our lawn and deck were protected by huge tarps - when I got home everything was so clean I could not even tell they had been there except for the new look! > The dumpster was removed the next day and the whole process was very stress free from beginning to end! The project was replacement of the roof of our large 1910 house and garage, plus the replacement of gutters, two windows and a skylight, and related work. In planning, I thought RW was very thorough in describing construction options and in providing information on possible alternative materials (orally on site visit and by documentation and samples). In execution, the work seemed very well done within a reasonable time frame and with considerable attention to detail. Follow-up was also very good, with loose ends taken care of promptly and the final project documentation quickly provided after completion. Overall, I felt good about this project and the resulting improvements to our house. Taylor took extra hours to provide multiple address where I could see options we were considering. That way I could actually see shingles applied and better visualize the finished result. He was amazing. He did this time after time for me. Workers were fantastic as well.
