**★★★★★ — Philippa, Aug. 2019**

> Kevin was highly recommended to help us with an almost impossible assignment - integrate a 1500 square foot 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment into the ground floor of a duplex completed 18 years earlier and make it look seamless! He accomplished this by carrying through key design features and elements from the original construction while reimagining and updating them, and the result is the entire ground floor looks fresh and new.
> I can’t tell you how amazing the apartment is - it’s calm and quiet and grounding and exactly what I needed to figure out how to navigate a new phase in life.
> That’s a lot to put on an apartment!!!

**★★★★★ — Tom Wagner, July 2019**

> Kevin Baxter conferred with me on my anticipated renovation.
> I was very impressed with his willingness to advise me. Before he was actually hired, he did research, made site surveys and consulted with me on design and finance, adding corrections and taste judgments to my plans. He is obviously a willing and passionate
> professional. His input and the shared vision we developed was invaluable to me.

**Comment from Baxter Projects:**

> Thanks, Tom! Great projects take time to conceptualize, strategize and complete - we are off to a great start and I am looking forward to the next phase.
> Best,
> Kevin

**★★★★★ — Patrick Bradbury, June 2019**

> I hired Baxter Projects to help me plan and concept renovations to my 1972 modernist home in the Sterling Forest of Tuxedo New York. Kevin made several trips to the house to understand the landscape and work through updates that would help to secure the home for the future and not detract from the original architects vision. He is very thoughtful and design driven, which was exactly what I was looking for. I look forward to working with Baxter Projects as my home evolves.

**Comment from Baxter Projects:**

> Thanks Patrick - looking forward to our next project together!

**★★★★ — Elly Spicer, Nov. 2018**

> Kevin designed my bathroom and I am very pleased with it. He listened to my design preferences and through a number of revisions we landed on something that I liked very much. He worked with the contractor and the woodworker on the design and execution and reviewed their submissions. He assisted with the value engineering (there wasn't much to squeeze), and visited the site during construction. I got the contractors and subs. See the photos.

**Comment from Baxter Projects:**

> Glad you are happy with the bathroom renovation - looking forward to working with you again.
> Best

**★★★★★ — Christene Barberich, Jan. 2018**

> I was not only extraordinarily happy with the work of Baxter Projects, I also learned so much throughout the entire process, to make the best and most informed choices for my lifestyle and my family. Baxter Projects has extensive experience across a variety of design spectrums, and the entire process of renovating our home was inspiring and informational. He was also incredibly thoughtful when it came to materials, budget, and timeline, using sensitivity and efficiencies throughout the duration of the project. I would highly recommend Baxter Projects for both smaller ambitious projects and bigger visionaries builds and renovations that require commitment and serious expertise.

**Comment from Baxter Projects:**

> All the best projects are true collaborations between architect and client - we were thrilled to work with you on the Brooklyn apartment and are equally thrilled to start our next project together for a tranquil modern house on Long Island.
